It was one of the best stays in my several years traveling around the world. This is a brand new hotel that is very close to the old city's west gate.
The owner is one of the most hospitable people, who oversaw my stay and helped organize my trip around Uzbekistan.
Breakfast was plentiful and wifi worked well. All in all, a must in your next trip to Khiva.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. I liked the rooms and the service very much because the staff is friendly, hospitable, and ready to help whenever needed.
I was pretty surprised with the variety of meals during the breakfast, every meal was delicious.

Hotel Bankir Khiva, a beautiful boutique hotel in Uzbekistan, contemporary elegance hotel.
Great location only 4 minutes walk to the UNESCO World Heritage site.
Staffs are warm and friendly providing excellent services, we have a memorable stay in Khiva.
The breakfast is super with choice of cooked eggs and coffee to start the day.

Convenient Location, Comfortable Rooms, Great Stay; Highly Recommended!
Great service! We were the hotel’s first guests but the front desk staff are well-trained and the service was great. They are quick to help each time they see me with my luggage as I stayed on the 2nd floor (no lifts).
Comfortable, well-designed rooms. Stayed in a Single room. While not super spacious, the room size is good for two guests. I like its modern decor with a touch of Uzbek design in the room and around the hotel.
Deserving a mention is the thoughtfulness put into the placement of amenities eg towel hooks, hairdryer (a proper, powerful one!), plugs, etc, which doesn’t leave you wondering why (common in other Uzbek hotels).
